We are people who love to get out into Britain's Corries, Cols, Crags and Caves- come join us!
Like minded, adventurous people who simply like to spend time with each other in the fells, hills, mountains, caves and crags of this fantastic country, enjoying some of the more remote areas of what's out there.

Trad Climbing
We climb outdoors in all (most!) weathers, climbing the intimidating and strenuous cloggy Derbyshire grit stone, Leicestershire's slabby granite, the crumbling brittle stuff found in Somerset (helmets on!) and the sandstones of Harrisons Rocks in East Sussex- something for all! All gear is available (bring own footwear) and instruction given, with events usually a single day or an overnight. Caving
This is what we do! There's a world to be discovered underneath your feet! Somerset and Derbyshire are our main caving areas, where we have access in both areas to inexpensive hostel accommodation. All kit is provided (own boots needed), with team work and self-reliance built into our trips. Caves can be dry, wet, wide open or thrutchy, all within the first 100 yards.

Summer hill walking
Our summer hill walking take place in all the major mountain and upland areas of the British Isles and take place whatever the weather. Day or weekend trips, we go to some of the more remote areas for fantastic views and breathtaking scenery....or fog, clag and zero viz! Trips often involve a degree of scrambling, as we encourage self-reliance and team working, with a bit of nav thrown in for extra development.

Winter mountaineering
Our Winter Mountaineering takes place across the major mountainous regions of the British Isles, including, Snowdonia, The lake District and the Scottish Highlands. We've never called a trip off yet! These are mostly weekend or multi-day trips weekend trips, often in true mountainous conditions, requiring good equipment. Trips often involve a degree of ice axe and crampon skills which we teach as we encourage self-reliance and team working, often with a bit of nav thrown in for extra training!

The greatest cost is usually fuel, so car sharing is strongly encouraged.
Accommodation costs vary from £10- £20/ night.
Fees are payable ahead of the event and are non-refundable.

Insurance and medical cover is not included and should be considered at your own discretion.
